Experience: 20 + years in the construction industry, VP for a national homebuilder, State Certified Contractor since 1987, joined Masterpiece Homes in 1996.
Geri Davis, Vice President: Participates in establishing strategic direction and goals, directs sales and marketing activities, heads broker outreach programs, and contributes to product development: responsible for hiring, training and motivating sales team, directs advertising, develops brochures and materials, and plans and decorates our model centers.
Experience: 26 years in new home sales and marketing, licensed Florida Real Estate Agent since 1984, licensed Real Estate Broker since 1986, Realtors Institute Graduate, CSP, recently attained the CDPE (certified distressed property expert) designation, active member of the Sales and Marketing Counsel, and currently co-chairs the Realtor/Builder Committee.
