Nearly 3 months have gone by since I closed on my beautiful new home and I am still on cloud 9 as if I just closed on my home today. I have to pinch myself at times to remind me that this is not just a dream but a dream come true. Mere words cannot express my humble appreciation for all the hard work and effort that went into me becoming a proud homeowner. Although I had never heard of Gallery Homes of DeLand prior to this journey, it is now a name that I won't soon forget. I am proud to proclaim Gallery Homes of DeLand as the builder of my home to my family, friends and peers. The name rings of quality. I've shared my story of how I became acquainted with Gallery Homes and my experience in becoming a first time homeowner to everyone I know. Many of them sit in awe regarding how smooth the process was and how accommodating and concerned you were in my being a completely satisfied customer. Had it been a difficult process, I wouldn't have been able to achieve this goal. I don't believe in coincidences and I acknowledge my blessings when I have received one. My acquaintance with Gallery Homes of is one of the many blessings of my life that the Lord has bestowed upon me. Every time I stand out my deck with my daughter Victoria and take in that breathtaking view, I am once again reminded of this blessing and the wonderful people at Gallery Homes. Thank you for your commitment to excellence and exceeding my expectations as a first time homeowner. Your kindness will never be forgotten. When we think of the moment we walked into the office for the first time on February 26th, 2008. How these beautiful and precious wonderful women received us. We felt so loved, a special feeling within us that something awesome was going to take place. The following day we started filling out the paperwork, requirements, procedures, everything we needed, for the Ship Program to help us as first time homebuyers, you were there step by step, guiding us. The days began getting very emotional for us. It really was a miracle from God. He was blessing us with a brand new house and we are more grateful to Him. Imagine in less than a year, Wow that's the miracle. We then began selecting colors, making changes we wanted in our new home. Wow what an experience. We couldn't believe that the property was going to be ours. We were full of joy, laughter, and still like a dream come true. I was overwhelmed with everything going on, and able to get what we wanted. We were actually seeing our dream house getting built. Not to mention, we were able to take pictures, make a video, and see the workers doing their thing. Gallery Homes, you have made possible for us to share this joy of working alongside of you. On August 29, 2008, we closed on our new house and received the keys from the Title Company officially as first time homebuyers, on the home you built for us. If we were to do it all over again, Gallery Homes would definitely be our number one choice!"
