Main Process
Model and Home Site Selection
Begin by choosing an award-winning home design that fits your lifestyle. Visit one of our fabulous communities to select an available home site.
If you have your own homesite or need us to help find one,.we build all over Volusia County. Within 7 to 10 business days, we will provide a written Off-Site Evaluation with the estimated cost for preparing the property for construction. A refundable earnest deposit will be collected.
Customization
Make it Your Home ♦️ Your Way
You will have the opportunity to customize your home. Pricing on features not included in our lineup of personalization items as well as structural changes to the plan will be provided if applicable. All prices for customization are provided through our Custom Price Request (CPR) process. Prices will be provided subject to the number and complexity; typically within four (4) to five (5) business days from submission of the agreement. At this time you may select the items or changes you wish to include in your home.
Our Custom Division offers you the opportunity to Design and Build your own home from a plan you provide or from scratch. See your Community Sales Manager for details.
Mortgage Process
If you require assistance in financing your new home, we can provide a list of Preferred Lenders who will facilitate the process for you. These mortgage professionals have been selected for their expertise, service, and alignment with our goal to provide you with the best experience in the process of building your new Gallery Home. If you finance through one of our preferred lenders, you will receive $6,000 off your closing costs.
Within 7 days of the agreement, your mortgage professional will assist in helping you through the application process and discuss options suited best for your needs. Full loan commitment is required within 45 days of the agreement date.
Personal Design Center Appointment
You will meet with your interior design professional who will assist you in finalizing the selection of your colors and finishes. This appointment must be completed no later than seven (7) days from the agreement date in order to ensure all selections are available as needed during the construction process. Learn more.
The Design Center Appointment will be at Ridgewood Crossing or Huntington at Hunters Ridge.

Loan Closing and/or Construction Start
Your permit will be in process or complete at this time and construction of your new home will begin. Click here to learn about our construction process for your new home.
Our administrative team will coordinate with Southern Title Company and provide communication throughout this process.
Home Orientation Process
Upon completion of your new home, your construction manager will provide a full orientation. During this meeting, you will learn how to operate your home. New technologies designed to provide you with comfort and low energy costs are fully explained and the warranty process and operating manuals are provided for you.
